We hope this blog is useful for those who want to follow and understand events in China. While our focus is the triad of politics, society, and economy, we will also write about China's culture and history and their relation to the present. A full description of the blog, its purpose, and our intentions, will be added later, along with design changes. Enjoy our offerings in the meantime, and feel free to share your own scribblings in the comments.

I should point out I love it- some great stuff here- Thnaks
Hi Peter–really not sure. When you’re in China why don’t you use some anti-censorship software like ‘Freegate’? You can also subscribe to our newsletter up the top right. Best, Matt.
